These insoles offer multiple extrinsic wedging options to tailor them precisely to the user’s needs. A customisable yet easy and slim to use stock insole.

They also have an integrated 4˚ medial, extrinsic heel post

Extrinsic medial rearfoot and lateral forefoot wedges included in the pack. 

The shoe's own insole can be removed to make this fit more easily if desired.
